The production line commences with procuring of the Raw Material from trusted vendors. From raw material to post production, every stage goes through stringent quality monitoring. Fabrication begins with press work comprising blanking / piercing, punching, trimming . The workpiece is then run through multiple Machining Process such as drilling, boring and chamfering. After a visual inspection, products are sent for Heat Treatment Process (hardening/tempering). This is followed by Color Coding, Sub Assembly and Final Assembly of the components.
